Well we haven’t posted on the blog for a while, this was mainly down to us having lots and lots on over the last few months.

In that period I turned 30 (became an old man by all accounts), Kerry has got herself all registered and everything as a Nurse and of course we had the Christmas period that involved spending lots of money and time on and with our relatives.

2011 is going to become a very busy time for us with the wedding faslty approaching now, less than 18 months away and the point were I come to the realisation I’m a fully fledged adult.

Kerry's Graduation Ball

Last Friday Kerry(2nd from left) and her friends celebrated their graduation with a Graduation Ball at The Bothwell Bridge Hotel. We celebrated the night with her friends Linzi(left), Debbie(right) and Michelle(2nd from right) and their other halfs Ross, Chas and Ryan.

It was a great night had by all and was especially good for me to finally be able to put some faces to the names as I had only ever met Linzi previously. Us guys were left to talk football as the girls gabbed away to each other, so all was good haha.

Well for the last few weeks I have been working on a re-design on and off for the blog, finally the time has come to show it all off.

The old blog was a little dated looking and we felt that bringing the blog up to current trends of simple and clean would work alot better for people wanting to read the blog. I also wanted to port the website over from Joomla to WordPress as the comment system is so much easier for people to use and will hopefully encourage comments.

Last weekend Kerry and I had the honour of attending our friends Grant and Elaine’s wedding at the Garfield House Hotel in Stepps. Grant and Elaine were celebrating their wedding on the exact anniversary of them meeting, in what was a great day.

The venue was great, everything looked great and alot of what Elaine had done, Kerry liked and took note of haha. To wrap everything up on the venue, they were also reasonably priced for a drink, so everyone was happy. The dinner was also great, especially the steak and chocolate cake, that has been added to my wanted list for my wedding.
