Last week Kerry and I went out to Highlights comedy club in Glasgow with some friends and also went to see Derren Brown live at the Kings Theatre, Glasgow.

On the Saturday we headed out with friends, Jo, Joe, Nicola, Jye and Purkiss to the Highlights comedy club in Glasgow. Before we went to the club we decided to have dinner in DiMaggios just round the corner from it, and I have to say the food was pretty good, a nice little feed for around £20 a head, especially when most of us had 3 courses too.

I haven’t updated the blog in a while and with us having a fairly busy summer coming up, I thought it would be good too cover Kerry and I shenanigans last weekend. We had the pleasure of babysitting our flower girl to be Ava on Friday night, and I was out with some friends on the Saturday to the Golf Lounge for my friend Grants Stag.

Well Friday night was entertaining, Ava loves me, and Kerry hates that fact, so much that she tells everyone me meet than she likes her better. :P
It was a good night, and we seemed to have everything under control, we had a 10 month old baby in bed and asleep by 11pm, job done. Well so we thought it turns out that Ava only likes to have a few hours sleep, and bang we were up at 3am. After 2 hours of trying to get her to sleep I eventually got her to fall asleep in bed with me, as Kerry jumped ship into another bed for a sleep. :P

Kerry and myself decided yesterday to take advantage of the good weather we got over the weekend there and got ourselves away to St. Andrews. We started the day in sunny Paisley where I was playing football, but unfortunately my team lost, so the less said about that the better. The funniest part was that Kerry managed to get burnt all down one side watching the game, she’s a burner haha.

After the football we decided to take advantage of the good weather and took a little jaunt up to St. Andrews. The drive up there is great, as you go through some lovely little towns such as Cupar, Dollar and Auchtermuchty (I’m getting my picture against that sign next time).

Last night Kerry and I had the pleasure of going to see Frankie Boyle live at the King’s Theatre in Glasgow last night. My parents also joined us as wel enjoyed over 2 hours of laughter.

Before Frankie Boyle came on the stage a Canadian comedian named Craig Campbell, he was on stage for 30 minutes and was really funny, as he told us about his Scottish roots and how Glasgow is the most friendly dangerous city in the world.
